Vancouver attorney Rachel Anne Brooks has been practicing in the State of Washington since 1997. Rachel's law practice focuses on elder law and juvenile law. She is dedicated to serving ordinary people,including seniors, who need advice and
services to help with a crisis or life planning.
Rachel also advices assisted living facilities, skilled nursing facilities, professional guardians, and other care providers.
Rachel grew up in Kentucky and Tennessee and moved to the Northwest in 1992 to attend law
school at Lewis & Clark Northwestern School of Law in Portland. She moved to Washington
in 1997. Rachel worked for a larger law firm and as a prosecutor before opening her own law practice.
Rachel was admitted to both the Oregon and Washington Bar Associations in 1996 and
currently limits her practice to Washington cases.
