Vancouver attorney Rachel Anne Brooks (formerly Mitchell) has been practicing in the State of Washington since 1997.
She is dedicated to serving ordinary people, including seniors, who need advice and
services to help with a crisis or life planning.
Rachel's law practice focuses on elder law, special needs planning for disabled children and adults,
and estate planning for parents of minor children.
Rachel grew up in Kentucky and Tennessee and moved to the Northwest in 1992 to attend law
school at Lewis & Clark Northwestern School of Law in Portland. She moved to Washington
in 1997. Rachel worked for a larger law firm and as a prosecutor before opening her own law practice.
Rachel was admitted to both the Oregon and Washington Bar Associations in 1996 and
currently limits her practice to Washington cases.
